From the Penken and Ahorn cable car stations, you can quickly reach breathtaking heights. Various mountain tours with different levels of difficulty, from easy hikes and hut tours to alpine climbing, lead through several hundred kilometers of the unique mountain world of the Zillertal Alps. Many via ferratas invite beginners and pros to test themselves against the mountain.

A total of eight hiking trails lead through partly untouched parts of the Mayrhofen-Hippach vacation region, which are ideal for running and Nordic walking. The famous Harakiri Hill with its 78% gradient is a real challenge and should only be climbed by experienced hikers.

Various mountain bike routes lead along secluded mountain streams and through remote valleys. Guided hikes, mountain bike tours, single trails and various downhill tracks offer plenty of fun and action.

Easy, medium and difficult slopes offer beginners and pros alike the best conditions for an unforgettable vacation.

The Harakiri slope on the Penken with its 78% gradient is not for beginners. This is where things really get going, just like in the Penken Park, where freestylers and snowboarders get their money's worth. Various lines with different levels of difficulty guarantee unadulterated boarder fun.

The 5.5-kilometre descent to Mayrhofen is perfect for real connoisseurs. Wide slopes and fast passages alternate here, ideal for beginners, families and real experts.

When your legs get tired and the fresh air takes its toll, it's time to stop off at one of the many mountain huts around Mayrhofen. Here you will find tasty, fresh and hearty food and of course a few spirits. Of course, the nightlife in Mayrhofen is also impressive. In the Sports Lounge, the Brückenstadl, the Ice Bar or the Happy End, you can party until dawn.
